Fisher’s Graceful Home Inspections is nationally certified through InterNACHI—the only accredited Department of Education Inspection program in the US.
Our Founder and Lead Licensed Inspector, Daoud Fisher-Grace, has nearly 10 years experience in property preservation. Offering home inspection services was a natural addition that builds off of his years of technical knowledge, customer service, and reporting. Having studied at both ASHI and InterNACHI inspection schools has helped us tailor a General Home Inspection that is guaranteed to be above basic industry standards.
FGHI follows Ohio’s and InterNACHI standards of practice to ensure every inspection is done honestly, in totality, and accurately. A normal inspection covers a wide range of systems and depending on size of property can take up to 2 hours. Starting at the exterior and investigating the roof down to ground FGHI carefully and thoroughly analyzes and reports on components of the property. While general home inspections are not invasive we remove access paneling and use a wide variety of tools to get the best look possible.

Our software is top tier allowing us to not only insert pictures but also videos as well. Since the introduction of drone technology society has been incorporating its use in a variety of industries. Using a drone in home inspections allow all roofs to be closely examined without the possibility of damaging it from walking roofs. Walking roofs present many slip hazards and a large chance of damaging its coverings. By using drones safely and quickly reach hights and angles otherwise inaccessible. We capture the homes entire essence, providing a closer look while capturing high definition photographs and uploading them into the report.
